Owns field deployment of defense software by integrating platforms with customer systems, developing connectors, configuring and customizing applications, managing on-premises releases, troubleshooting operational issues, and documenting deployments. Works directly with customer technical teams, validates end-to-end data flows, and feeds reusable integration needs back to the core product team. The role requires substantial domestic and international travel and autonomous work in mission-critical environments.

Plan and run real-world flight test campaigns, lead live flight demonstrations, train end-users, support hardware/software debugging, and deploy autonomous systems including C2 and RF integration for mission readiness.

Lead the creation of Harmattan AI’s UAS engineering organization in Rabat, managing approximately 50 people across six engineering modules. Own the complete technical chain from airframe and propulsion through avionics, launchers, ground systems, qualification, flight testing, and series production. Build the local supplier ecosystem, recruit and mentor engineering leaders, deliver contractual milestones, and manage relationships with executives, program leadership, and defense customers.
