Manage end-to-end defense programs for European and Middle Eastern customers, serving as the primary client interface and coordinating cross-functional teams. Oversee delivery, contractual and technical compliance, risks, crises, invoicing milestones, issue resolution, and customer-specific adaptations. The role requires extensive defense-sector program management experience, expertise in acquisition processes and mass production, strong documentation and leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex customer-facing programs.

Reviews and annotates image datasets used to train and validate computer vision and machine learning models. Follows detailed guidelines, evaluates model outputs, conducts peer reviews, reports discrepancies and edge cases, and collaborates with AI and data engineering teams. May occasionally support on-site field data collection. Requires meticulous attention to detail, consistency, French fluency, and comfort with structured digital workflows.

Lead and execute day-to-day operations across MEA: design scalable workflows, manage regulatory/compliance, liaise with vendors and partners, and drive fast, solutions-focused operational responses while supporting people and administrative activities.
