Build and improve manufacturing methods, processes, standards, and lean systems in a fast-growing defense production plant. Responsibilities include shopfloor performance management, production line and internal flow design, time studies, ERP updates and automation, work instruction development, kaizen initiatives, problem-solving, and contributing to the automation roadmap. The role works cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Automation teams.

Owns the architecture, system definition, implementation, integration, and validation of robotic defense systems from concept through field deployment. Leads multidisciplinary mechanical, electrical, software, GNC, and ML teams; conducts trade-off analyses and system simulations; drives design reviews; and improves requirements traceability, documentation, and validation processes. Requires extensive systems engineering leadership in robotics, aerospace, or defense.
