Lead the Industrial Services Division, accountable for safe, on-time, profitable project delivery. Oversee operations, staffing, budgets, risk management, business development, client relationships, safety compliance, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth and operational excellence.

Coordinate domestic and international inbound/outbound logistics, manage warehouse and yard operations, maintain inventory accuracy via SAP, handle shipping/receiving and shipping documents, investigate customer complaints, and ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and cost-effective execution of site logistics activities.

Manage project controls for capital projects including cost management, estimating (OOM to funding grade), scheduling, SAP cost tracking and purchase requisitions, financial reporting, variance analysis, contract compliance, training, and project closeout. Serve as project controls lead on medium to large projects and mentor team members.

Perform electrical and instrumentation design for process/manufacturing projects under general supervision: produce calculations, sketches, installation details, estimates, specifications, review vendor/construction drawings, support field startup, mentor junior staff, and coordinate across disciplines using CAD and company standards.

Provide administrative support to Finance and Accounting: scanning, filing, data entry, AP/AR support, organizing contracts/insurance, scheduling, and assisting on special projects.

Lead and perform electrical and instrumentation design for industrial projects, produce bid/construction packages and drawings, perform field verification and troubleshooting, develop equipment specifications and cost/schedule estimates, coordinate design teams and other disciplines, and support commissioning/start-up.

Lead controls and power engineering for a manufacturing plant: administer and troubleshoot PLC/HMI/MES systems, develop E&I training and standards, validate PLC-to-MES data (Proficy), support equipment installation/start-up, drive energy and reliability improvements, and manage E&I projects and compliance with NFPA/OSHA.

Manage moderately complex engineering projects from planning through closeout: control scope, budget, schedule, change management, and quality; lead multidisciplinary teams; maintain client relationships; oversee financials, reporting, documentation review, and construction-phase support.

Plan, execute, and close small-to-medium capital projects at a chemical plant. Develop project plans, manage schedules/budgets/resources, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, manage contractors, perform feasibility and cost estimates, mitigate risks, and present project status to stakeholders.

Plan and schedule heavy industrial turnaround projects, monitor costs and earned value, manage change notices, prepare and validate job plans and supervisor workbooks, coordinate with foremen, schedulers, QA/QC and operations, and ensure job pack closeout. Use Primavera P6/Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office for scheduling, updates, and documentation.

Lead mechanical design for complex process and utility projects: perform stress and flexibility analysis, develop piping/HVAC designs and specifications, produce estimates and construction deliverables, review vendor drawings, provide field support and mentor junior staff, and manage schedules, budgets, and inter-discipline coordination.

Plan and schedule heavy industrial engineering projects: develop and maintain schedules, forecast construction activities, manage change notices/orders, create cost estimates, reconcile commitments and invoices, produce cost reports, and coordinate with engineering disciplines and contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and cost control.

Perform electrical and instrumentation design and drafting (installation details, motor control center single lines, power/lighting/instrumentation plans), apply NEC and company CAD standards, perform calculations (lighting, voltage drop, conduit/tray fill), produce electrical installation documents, support startup on-site, and coordinate scope and schedule under general supervision.

Manage moderately complex engineering projects end-to-end: scope, schedule, budget, contracts, project controls, documentation, team leadership, client relations, construction support, and closeout while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Perform routine instrumentation and electrical (I&E) design tasks under close supervision: create and maintain P&IDs, single-line diagrams, motor schematics, I/O and logic drawings, panel schedules, cable tray routing, and MTOs; conduct field measurements and as-built documentation; support project schedules and work in operating chemical plant environments.

Perform electrical and instrumentation design for process/manufacturing projects: produce calculations, drawings, MCC single-lines, control panel layouts, cable/conduit routing, vendor reviews, cost estimates, and construction support including startup and fieldwork. Coordinate with other disciplines, mentor junior staff, and apply NEC/ISA and company CAD standards using AutoCAD or MicroStation.

Support troubleshooting and process design for industrial-scale ethanol plants: develop P&IDs and equipment specs, perform material and energy balances, design control systems, analyze operations to reduce cost and time, lead operator activities, run tests, and apply chemical engineering principles to environmental problems. Collaborate with senior engineers and manage project tracking.

Design and produce electrical and instrumentation engineering deliverables for process and manufacturing projects: calculations, layouts, specifications, vendor drawing reviews, construction support, field data gathering, and mentorship under general supervision. Ensure code compliance, prepare estimates, material take-offs, and support startup and inter-discipline coordination.

Assist engineering staff with routine CAD and P&ID drawing maintenance, document control and filing in the Plant Document Room, and development of preliminary technical sketches under direct supervision.

Lead and deliver process engineering for large capital and multiple projects, ensuring safety, cost, schedule, and quality. Produce and review designs, estimates, specifications, and simulations; mentor engineers, support proposals and sales, coordinate interdisciplinary work, and manage project controls and vendor packages.
