Lead design and delivery of controls and automation systems: develop architecture, PLC/DCS/HMI/SIS specifications, estimates and installation documents; mentor engineers; perform field data collection, commissioning/FAT/SAT support, vendor drawing review, network and I/O troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with industry standards and project schedules.

Manage project controls for multiple heavy-industrial capital projects: develop and maintain cost estimates, forecasts, and schedules; perform variance analysis; implement project control tools; report performance and risks to senior management; collaborate with project teams and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Provide administrative support to HR and Benefits Leader: manage calendar and inbox, schedule and document meetings, administer HCM tasks and random drug screen program, handle ADA and pre-adverse/adverse letters, maintain HR intranet, coordinate travel/expenses, liaise with external legal, and support department events and reporting.
