Designs electrical and instrumentation systems and produces installation details, single lines, layouts, diagrams, cable schedules, grounding plans, lighting and power plans, and related deliverables. Performs electrical calculations, equipment loading, conduit and cable tray routing, and documentation from vendor drawings. Coordinates scope changes, supports project teams, estimates task completion, and provides on-site startup assistance under general supervision.

Design and review electrical and instrumentation systems for process/manufacturing projects including single-line diagrams, equipment specifications (15kV/5kV), motor control, conduit/cable routing, calculations, CAD drawings, vendor submittal review, field startup support, team leadership on small-to-mid projects, and development of construction specifications and estimates.

Manage project controls across 5–15 concurrent capital construction projects valued at $500,000 to $20 million. Responsibilities include cost estimation, forecasting, variance analysis, schedule development and maintenance, performance monitoring, risk identification, reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and compliance oversight. The manager will implement project control tools, facilitate project meetings, and provide senior management with financial and schedule updates and corrective-action recommendations.
