Provides technical leadership for engineering projects while supporting the Project Manager with cost, schedule, scope, resources, client coordination, reporting, and quality control. Coordinates multidisciplinary design activities, resolves technical and inter-discipline issues, reviews 3D models and deliverables, manages engineering procedures, and ensures timely completion of project documentation. Leads engineering teams, maintains client relationships, and supports project execution across engineering, procurement, and construction functions.

Performs process engineering design for industrial projects, including design criteria, calculations, layouts, specifications, drawings, equipment reviews, permitting support, and construction fieldwork. Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams, delegates work, checks engineering deliverables, supports procurement and proposals, participates in client and sales activities, mentors junior engineers, and provides interoffice execution support. Requires chemical, mechanical, biochemical, or petroleum process design expertise and familiarity with simulation, hydraulic, CAD, and Microsoft Office software.

Manages moderately complex engineering projects from scope definition through closeout, controlling budgets, schedules, quality, documentation, contracts, change requests, and client relationships. Coordinates engineering, procurement, construction, vendors, and project teams; leads meetings, tracks progress, supports construction and startup activities, reviews technical submittals, manages project financial health, and ensures timely delivery and client approvals.
