Lead Designer supervising a team to deliver electrical and instrumentation (E&I) design deliverables. Produce installation details, MCC single-lines, layouts, cable schedules, and equipment specifications (480VAC, 15kV/5kV). Perform electrical calculations (voltage drop, short-circuit, tray fill, motor loading), coordinate cross-discipline design, estimate quantities/costs, mentor staff, support startups, and interface with clients. Use AutoCAD/MicroStation and PLC/HMI/DCS programming experience.

Serve as Owner's Representative managing capital projects from kickoff through close at industrial sites. Oversee engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, budgeting, forecasting, contractor management across multiple disciplines, enforce safety, prepare RFPs, maintain project controls and documentation, and coordinate with site stakeholders. Travel to plants and vendors as needed.

Lead and supervise process engineering teams for pulp & paper capital projects: establish design criteria, produce and review calculations/drawings/specifications, estimate and control budgets/schedules, mentor staff, support proposals and client presentations, and apply process and site safety into designs.
