Leads all finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, reporting, inventory controls, and internal controls. Advises executive leadership on financial strategy, develops KPIs and dashboards, modernizes systems and processes, oversees compliance and audits, and leads a finance support team. The CFO also drives automation, profitability improvement, operational analysis, and long-term financial sustainability.

Lead day-to-day accounting for a multi-location, high-transaction retail and rental business. Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, internal controls, AP/AR review, audit readiness, SOP creation, regulatory filings, and supervise a 5-6 person team while partnering with the CFO on reporting and process improvements.
