Support sales by leading technical discovery, designing solutions across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and professional services, producing SOWs/BOMs, delivering presentations/demos, responding to RFPs, and ensuring clean handoffs to delivery teams.

Lead billing operations for recurring, project, and hardware-as-a-service revenue in a $100M+ MSP. Ensure invoice accuracy, ASC 606 alignment, month-end cutoffs, and cross-team validation. Drive automation, system integrations (PSA/CRM/ERP), process documentation, audit support, and manage a small team of billing specialists to improve scalability and collections.

Lead SOC investigations and incident response, triage and analyze telemetry across SIEM/EDR/IDS/packet data, mentor junior analysts, tune detections, communicate findings and remediation to clients, and participate in rotating on-call duties to ensure timely, accurate security operations.

Lead development and ownership of core MDR platform components (high-performance log analytics, post-processing, multi-tenant syslog cluster, cross-platform agents). Make architectural decisions, mentor engineers, drive CI/CD/cloud deployments, ensure security, observability, and zero-downtime production operations.

The Account Executive will drive new logo acquisition in IT services, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with teams to build solutions, aiming for revenue growth.

Lead and build the internal IT function as a hands-on player/coach: mentor staff, handle tickets in ConnectWise, administer Microsoft 365/Azure and network/security infrastructure (Fortinet, SentinelOne, Sophos, Cisco), maintain internal tools (RMM, PSA, CMDB, PIM/PAM), create documentation and SOPs, and partner with leadership on roadmap and vendor decisions.
