Build and lead the HRBP function for a high-growth AI startup. Coach managers, oversee performance reviews and employee relations, create leadership and development programs, assess organizational health, support workforce and org design, and use people data to guide retention and performance decisions. The role will eventually hire and manage a team of People Business Partners while supporting teams across multiple countries.

Own the post-sale experience for strategic enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and customer health. Build and lead the Customer Success function by hiring Customer Success Managers, developing playbooks, establishing operating models, forecasting renewals, and implementing tooling. Serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts, partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Deployment, translate customer feedback into product input, and report performance and strategy to executives and the board.

Provide technical customer support for HappyRobot’s AI platform by triaging, debugging, and resolving customer issues. Design and test quick solutions, manage API and third-party integrations, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and apply prompt engineering to improve AI worker accuracy, reliability, and speed in logistics workflows.
