Own the finance function across monthly close, management and investor reporting, revenue recognition, billing, tax compliance, payroll, treasury, statutory accounts, and FCA reporting for UK and US entities. Build scalable finance systems, automate workflows with AI, manage outsourced partners, and provide financial insight to the CEO, board, and investors. The role requires strong accounting, SaaS finance, modeling, compliance, and communication expertise.

Own end-to-end technical implementations for B2B SaaS customers, from discovery and architecture through integration, go-live, troubleshooting, and optimization. Design AI-powered solutions, manage HRIS and payroll integrations using APIs and webhooks, build implementation workflows, create reusable deployment assets, and act as the technical escalation point. Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to improve adoption, influence the roadmap, and establish implementation processes.

Own end-to-end delivery of US employee benefits for Happl customers: enrollments, renewals, compliance administration, carrier/vendor liaison, and support sales/product by translating US benefits realities into product requirements.

Own the top of Happl's sales funnel by identifying and engaging prospective customers, opening conversations with HR and finance leaders, building target account lists, executing outbound outreach across channels, and partnering with Account Executives to convert opportunities. Use CRM, data, and AI tools to generate high-quality pipeline, feed market feedback to product and leadership, and help shape GTM strategy.

Build and scale backend services for a global AI-first benefits platform. Design architecture, own core services (payments, allowances, reporting), model data, improve reliability/security/observability, automate workflows, integrate third-party services, collaborate across teams, and write well-tested production code.

Own the top of the sales funnel to generate high-quality pipeline by identifying and engaging HR, Finance, and executive leaders. Execute outbound outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and creative campaigns; partner with AEs to convert opportunities; use CRM, data, and AI to inform GTM strategy and feedback product and leadership.
