Build and lead Happl's outbound SDR function: hire, coach, and manage SDRs while prospecting personally; create playbooks, sequences, and KPIs; partner with AEs and Marketing to own pipeline coverage and handoffs.

Own the top of Happl's sales funnel by identifying and engaging prospective customers, opening conversations with HR and finance leaders, building target account lists, executing outbound outreach across channels, and partnering with Account Executives to convert opportunities. Use CRM, data, and AI tools to generate high-quality pipeline, feed market feedback to product and leadership, and help shape GTM strategy.

Lead design across product and brand, owning UX/UI, visual identity, website, marketing assets, and design systems. Rapidly prototype using modern tools and AI, collaborate with product and engineering, ship polished user experiences, and evolve brand moments to resonate with HR leaders and people teams.
