Supervise and develop an inland delivery team managing intermodal container transportation by rail, truck, barge, and vessel. Ensure cost-effective routing, timely work-order completion, cargo release, customs processes, KPI performance, customer and vendor resolution, regulatory compliance, claims documentation, and container dwell reduction. Manage personnel actions, training, vendor evaluations, CRM productivity, system UAT, and project support.

Manage assigned customer portfolio to achieve volume and KPI targets: plan and perform sales visits, update CRM and pipelines, evaluate customer potential, negotiate and close contracts, coordinate with stakeholders, resolve escalations, and drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Monitors transport, port, and terminal costs to establish accurate standard costs for pricing and shipment profitability analysis. Identifies cost drivers and root causes, communicates insights to Operations and Commercial teams, analyzes vendor costs and volumes, and supports savings initiatives. Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned logistics cost categories and oversees maintenance of FIS catalogues.
