Coordinate inland shipments by rail, truck, barge, and feeder vessel; handle customer inquiries; arrange transport bookings; manage cargo release, customs, and dwell-time issues; liaise with vendors, terminals, legal/insurance, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective intermodal operations and claims documentation.

Supervises IT support staff and manages user, hardware, software, network, server, access, and infrastructure support. Coordinates vendors, IT purchasing, asset inventories, backups, business continuity, cybersecurity controls, audits, and compliance. Supports system deployments, migrations, upgrades, and projects while tracking delivery and developing team capabilities.

Manages accounts receivable activities, including customer collections, dispute resolution, credit-limit monitoring, account reconciliation, check posting, refunds, statements, reporting, and delinquency escalation. The role also responds to customer inquiries, coordinates internally to resolve payment issues, and follows company accounting policies and procedures.
