Lead and run HR and administration for Mauritius office (1-year fixed term). Own recruitment, payroll support, performance management, compliance with local labor/tax laws, talent development, expatriate/visa administration, travel and facilities coordination, and HR reporting to Regional HR.

Manage PAN India HR operations including employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, exits), HRMS support and first-level troubleshooting, statutory compliance coordination (PF, PT, LWF), payroll/gratuity record handling, vendor and finance liaison, training and engagement activities, and maintenance of HR documentation and archives to ensure smooth HR administration and positive employee experience.

Lead Thailand sales organization to achieve targets across volumes, market share, digital services and logistics. Coach and manage sales teams, own key customers, drive pipeline, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage tenders, support budgeting and market feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction and ethical standards.
