Teams at Hansel Auto Group

Maintain and administer networks, servers, endpoints, and security across multiple dealership locations. Provide Tier 2/3 support, mentor junior staff, create documentation, implement proactive monitoring and security, lead projects, and standardize IT processes.

Serve as the dealership's primary customer advocate: resolve customer concerns, improve communication among customers, staff and Toyota reps, and keep issues moving to resolution. Handle difficult customers, follow through on tasks, and work independently to ensure excellent customer experience.

Help customers find and purchase vehicles by providing product knowledge, excellent customer service, and confident communication. Learn dealership systems and inventory, stay current on product changes, and work evenings/weekends. Meet performance benchmarks to earn commissions and bonuses.
