Develops, implements, and monitors manufacturing equipment and processes to improve efficiency, reduce downtime and scrap, and ensure compliance. Responsibilities include researching equipment and process improvements, analyzing production data, maintaining ERP documentation, troubleshooting equipment, supporting equipment installations, conducting risk assessments, estimating costs, and completing improvement projects. The role leads continuous improvement initiatives and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, finance, sales, and customers.

Leads accounting operations, financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, cost accounting, working capital management, audits, and SOX compliance. Supports the CFO and cross-functional business leaders with financial analysis, modeling, cost-reduction recommendations, and strategic planning. Supervises and develops finance staff while ensuring GAAP and SEC-compliant reporting, effective internal controls, timely close processes, and accurate financial statements.
