Oversee forecasting, pricing, pipeline, Salesforce CRM optimization, cross-functional bids and launches, and develop KPIs, technical sales capability, and go-to-market initiatives across aerospace, life sciences, semiconductor, and energy sectors.

Operate as the OpCo CFO and strategic finance partner: oversee financial reporting, forecasting, internal controls (GAAP/SOX), FP&A, cost accounting, and M&A due diligence and integration. Build and develop a high-performing finance team, implement lean/continuous-improvement practices, drive profitability and business performance, and support Steel Partners with timely financial insight and compliance.
