Supervise production staff to meet yield, quality, safety, and cost targets. Ensure adherence to HACCP, USDA, SQF, GMP, and sanitation standards; train staff, manage schedules, inspect product, and drive efficiency improvements.

Serve as primary resource for assigned PA/NY farms, conducting regular on-site visits, collecting production and compliance data, coordinating feed orders, enforcing biosecurity and organic/pasture standards, supporting onboarding and flock population events, and reporting findings to department leads.

Supervise production staff and daily operations to meet yield, quality, safety, and cost targets. Enforce FDA/USDA, HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards, train employees, inspect products and equipment, track yields, suggest process improvements, and support production scheduling and performance management.

Use data and structured problem-solving to analyze plant performance, develop dashboards and reports, support continuous-improvement projects (throughput, yield, downtime, labor), and partner with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements, safety, and quality in an egg grading/food manufacturing environment.
