The role oversees biosecurity, organic, pasture-raised, and animal welfare compliance; manages warnings and follow-up plans; supports new producer onboarding and barn construction requirements; and attends hen population, repopulation, and depopulation activities. Travel is local and work is otherwise performed from a home office.

Service assigned poultry farms through frequent visits, collecting production data, reviewing feed and flock performance, coordinating feed orders, enforcing biosecurity and organic compliance, supporting producer onboarding, and attending hen population changes. The role requires poultry or farm experience, strong Excel and organizational skills, independent time management, problem-solving, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of animal welfare and agricultural regulations.

Use data and structured problem-solving to analyze plant performance, develop dashboards and reports, support continuous-improvement projects (throughput, yield, downtime, labor), and partner with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain process improvements, safety, and quality in an egg grading/food manufacturing environment.
