Lead products from concept through launch and iteration, architect scalable distributed systems, run A/B tests, collaborate with product, design, and data, and improve hiring outcomes. Mentor engineers and maintain high-quality production systems while applying strong product judgment in a fast-paced environment.

Leads multi-week to multi-month coding data programs for AI and platform teams. Responsibilities include designing coding assessments, coordinating software engineering fellows, building annotation and code-review workflows, managing QA and customer feedback, tracking delivery, margins and quality, and creating Python, TypeScript, and SQL automation for analytics and reporting.

Designs and manages revenue enablement programs for Account Executives, Account Managers, and Customer Success Managers. Responsibilities include onboarding, certifications, role-play training, playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, coaching, enablement tooling, and performance analysis. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to improve ramp time, win rates, retention, quota attainment, and revenue outcomes.

Resolve approximately 20–30 tickets and 10 phone calls daily, troubleshoot bugs and workflows, build custom reports, and consult users on the Handshake platform. Collaborate with Support, Success, Product, and Engineering teams, identify trends, improve operations, and maintain service-quality and response-time standards across support queues.

Own analytics and reporting initiatives for EDU Partnerships, from defining business questions through delivery and adoption. Build scalable dashboards, reports, data products, and self-service resources; analyze partner health, performance, student engagement, risks, and opportunities; and deliver partner-facing insights. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Success, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support while communicating findings, improving data quality, and enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.

Analyze complex datasets using advanced SQL to measure expert performance, task quality, throughput, and operational efficiency. Build metrics, dashboards, and self-service analytics; identify data quality issues; and partner with Product, Operations, and other stakeholders to guide workflow improvements and business decisions. Translate ambiguous questions into actionable analyses and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead product analytics for Handshake's recruiting marketplace: define metrics, own analytics strategy, run experiments, evaluate ML models, perform cohort and funnel analyses, build dashboards, and partner with product, engineering, and analytics engineering to drive data-informed growth and pricing decisions.

Lead the technical direction and production operations of Handshake’s data platform, including Airflow orchestration, ingestion, batch and streaming pipelines, BigQuery, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure. Build reliable workflow development and deployment paths, improve data resilience and observability, establish data contracts, support AI workloads, troubleshoot incidents, and mentor engineers across application, analytics, ML, and cloud teams.

Own high-volume, top-of-funnel recruiting for the Handshake AI Fellowship. Source and engage technical and STEM candidates through outreach, Boolean search, research, and market mapping; conduct initial screens; manage candidate handoffs; track recruiting metrics in Ashby and other systems; and provide market insights to improve sourcing strategies. The role partners closely with Growth and operates in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment during Pacific Time hours.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise employer accounts, driving renewals, upsells, cross-sells, retention, and expansion. Build executive relationships, demonstrate product value through data-driven business reviews, support customer adoption with Customer Success partners, and serve as an escalation point. The role also involves forecasting, account planning, customer engagement, and developing scalable account management processes. This is an onsite position in San Francisco or New York with travel as needed.

Design and operate scalable systems for coding evaluation, data generation, code execution, benchmarking, and agentic development workflows. Build tools that analyze and improve AI-generated code, establish architecture and reliability standards, lead projects from conception through launch, and mentor engineers. The Operations Associate executes operational workstreams across contractor operations, marketplace and allocations, trust and safety, and payments. Responsibilities include analyzing data, monitoring metrics and queues, resolving escalations, identifying process improvements, and partnering with cross-functional teams. The role requires sound judgment, organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and basic SQL proficiency.

Own and build Handshake’s internal communications function across Careers and Handshake AI. Responsibilities include developing communications strategy and operating rhythms, advising executives, running company-wide All Hands, partnering with People on employee communications and culture programs, managing internal channels and tools, translating technical work into accessible narratives, connecting internal and external messaging, and measuring employee understanding.

Manage a portfolio of 60–75 commercial customer accounts, leading onboarding, product adoption, training, success planning, QBRs, retention, and renewal support. Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders, identify churn risks and expansion opportunities, communicate customer feedback internally, and collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and Engineering. The role also contributes to scalable customer success processes and assets.

Own end-to-end product marketing for Handshake AI's frontier lab business: create positioning, translate research to market content, enable sales with playbooks and assets, shape GTM strategy, and drive event and field marketing.

Own end-to-end product design for Handshake AI’s central tasking platform. Partner with product, engineering, research, data, quality, and operations teams to develop strategic visions, conduct user research, identify workflow pain points, and deliver scalable solutions. Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while iterating quickly. Mentor designers, strengthen design culture, and apply systems thinking, product reasoning, facilitation, and precise execution to complex human-centered problems.

Leads Central Operations across marketplace allocations, trust and safety, payments, and contractor operations. The role establishes strategy, roadmaps, processes, metrics, and scalable operating systems; manages and develops a high-performing team; analyzes data; drives automation with Product and Engineering; and leads cross-functional initiatives in an ambiguous, rapidly growing environment.

Own commercial strategy and revenue retention for 75–130 SMB and mid-market SaaS customers. Manage renewals, negotiations, expansion opportunities, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, account risk, and strategic customer relationships. Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, Product, Support, Finance, and Legal to improve retention, grow accounts, and communicate customer insights.
