Own full-cycle recruiting for business, operations, and technical roles in Bangalore. Partner with hiring managers, build local recruiting processes and pipelines, manage evening/overnight interview logistics, and deliver strong candidate experience while scaling the India office.

The Senior Applied AI Engineer will develop AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers, embedding directly with them, owning full stack AI delivery, and iterating on performance. Join a small iOS team to own end-to-end features for Handshake's student-focused app. Build in Swift and SwiftUI (with UIKit), wire up GraphQL/REST services, write view models and tests, ship weekly with feature flags and staged rollouts, and iterate using usage data. Receive mentorship from senior engineers and grow toward Engineer II.

Own end-to-end product marketing for Handshake AI's frontier lab business: create positioning, translate research to market content, enable sales with playbooks and assets, shape GTM strategy, and drive event and field marketing.

Build, evaluate, and deploy ML models and services for search, recommendations, personalization, notifications, and embeddings. Work with large datasets, retrieval/ranking systems, monitor production models, run experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketplace outcomes.

Serve as the primary strategic partner for enterprise employer partners, build senior stakeholder relationships, align on hiring objectives, drive product adoption, deliver training and consultative guidance on early-talent recruiting, use data to measure ROI and inform strategy, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement workflows and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end UX research for Handshake AIhuman data products, running generative and evaluative studies, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs, recruiting participants, producing actionable insights to improve onboarding, annotation workflows, evaluation tools, and operational systems, and partnering across product, design, engineering, and operations to drive measurable product and business impact.

Partner with frontier AI labs to translate research needs into evaluation frameworks, prototype pipelines and tooling, run experiments, mentor engineers, and establish repeatable patterns for large-scale post-training and benchmarking efforts.

Provide high-touch executive support to four VP-level leaders including complex calendar and travel management, expense reporting, meeting coordination, event/offsite planning, cross-functional project support, interview coordination, and stakeholder communications. Act as a proactive strategic partner, maintain confidentiality, leverage AI and productivity tools to improve workflows, and collaborate with the broader EA team to drive operational excellence and team culture.

Manage a defined book of education partners to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Deliver scalable onboarding, training, and engagement programs; diagnose product/data issues; track account health with data and qualitative inputs; collaborate cross-functionally to deliver renewals and customer success.
