Architect and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and infrastructure-as-code practices. Drive platform automation, developer velocity, observability, incident response, and cloud-native architecture. Partner with engineering, platform, and security teams; mentor engineers; and explore AI-driven infrastructure automation. The role emphasizes GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform or Crossplane, Buildkite or GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD or Flux, with optional FinOps, cloud security, and service mesh experience.

Supports employer customer success by driving platform adoption, retention, and expansion. Executes recruiting campaigns, analyzes hiring trends, develops reporting and school strategy insights, advises employer partners as a product expert, creates training materials, and leads cross-functional projects to improve recruiting outcomes and platform value.

Execute high-visibility data collection pipelines, translate customer needs into curated datasets, develop scalable pipeline infrastructure, manage and train distributed LLM contributors, design analytics to measure performance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Operations, and GTM teams to advance model development.

Own and architect the frontend foundation for Handshake AI Enterprise: establish component system, design tokens, engineering patterns, shared libraries, and ship production-grade UIs while collaborating with AI and platform teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, high-performance enterprise deployments.
