Provide friendly, timely beverage service to guests, take and enter drink orders into POS, monitor alcohol consumption and guest safety, keep service areas stocked and clean, clear glassware, communicate with servers and managers, follow sanitation and safety procedures, and complete required training.

Provide friendly, efficient beverage service by preparing and delivering drinks ordered by servers, using the POS, stocking and cleaning service areas, monitoring guest safety and alcohol consumption, and assisting servers and management with operational tasks while following sanitation and safety procedures.

Perform daily sales reconciliation, prepare deposits, enter sales/labor data, assist with vendor invoices and payroll processes, maintain records, audit timekeeping, provide general office support, and ensure compliance and confidentiality.
