Provide friendly, timely beverage service to guests as ordered by servers. Accurately take and enter drink orders in the POS, deliver drinks, clear glassware, keep service areas stocked and clean, monitor alcohol consumption per policy, follow sanitation and safety procedures, and assist staff as needed.

Manage front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest service, oversee floor pacing and presentation, coordinate with kitchen leadership, train and develop staff, enforce compliance and safety regulations, manage budgets and labor, handle administrative duties (scheduling, reviews, audits, reporting), and uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction metrics.
