Provide friendly, accurate beverage service to guests by preparing and delivering drinks as ordered, maintaining stocked and clean service areas, assisting with clearing glassware, monitoring guest alcohol consumption per policy, and communicating with servers and management to ensure timely, safe service.

Manage front-of-house operations to ensure excellent guest experience, service pacing, and food/drink quality. Supervise, train, and coach staff; enforce compliance with health, liquor, labor, and safety laws; maintain schedules, payroll accuracy, audits, OpenTable reviews, and administrative records. Support GM, handle incidents, and perform other operational duties to meet sales, cost, and service targets.

Provide friendly, timely beverage service to guests as ordered by servers; accurately take and enter drink orders in the POS; assist with clearing glassware; maintain stocked, clean service areas; monitor guest alcohol consumption per policies; follow sanitation and safety procedures; communicate with bar and service staff and perform other duties assigned by management.
