Supports London office operations by greeting visitors, answering calls, managing meeting rooms, mail, catering, supplies, vendors, calendars, guest bookings, spreadsheets, onboarding, offboarding, and basic IT queries. Leads a portfolio of approximately eight client accounts, providing strategic political, regulatory, media, and communications counsel. Oversees client delivery, profitability, resource planning, business development, proposals, networking, and account growth. Manages and mentors junior colleagues, supports recruitment and training, improves internal practices, and promotes company culture across the consultancy.

Lead strategic public affairs and communications work: advise clients on regulatory and political strategy, map policy risks, deepen networks, manage accounts and teams, produce research and written content, support business development, and contribute to firm culture and training.
