The Group Leader will supervise Summer Rising classes, facilitate educational and recreational activities, and support program operations to ensure a safe and engaging environment for participants.

Provide case coordination and social services to seniors in affordable housing. Conduct assessments, develop care plans, coordinate providers, deliver counseling and advocacy, maintain records and reports, plan community activities, perform wellness checks, and assist tenants with benefits, healthcare coordination, and daily needs. Support program leadership and ensure timely documentation for program standards and HPD reporting.

The Administrative Assistant supports the Learn and Earn Program by managing schedules, organizing meetings, and assisting with program materials and outreach. Responsibilities include drafting documents, maintaining participant files, and fostering youth engagement. Requirements include a high school diploma, computer proficiency, and strong organizational skills.
