Owns end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Partners with teams to understand hiring needs, develops recruiting strategies, builds talent pools, and ensures a positive candidate experience. The role also supports HR projects during slower hiring periods and requires working overnight Central Time hours from the Lahore office.

Lead affiliate marketing accounts for major brands by developing partnership strategies, analyzing campaign performance, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, optimizing growth initiatives, overseeing budgets and invoicing bonuses, and improving agency processes. The role also includes client presentations, upselling, publisher coordination, operational support, and strategic user acquisition planning.

Recruit, activate, and manage creators across affiliate brand programs. Review applications and video content, ensure compliance with brand guidelines, answer creator questions, coordinate payments, track creator pipelines, support campaign launches, report performance patterns, and improve internal processes. The role requires warm communication, strong organization, independent ownership, and familiarity with social media creator platforms.
