Role Overview
We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Associate to own the end-to-end recruitment of all roles at Hamster Garage. This role requires working at our Lahore Daftarkhwan Downtown office during Central Time working hours (7 p.m. to 4 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time). What We’re Looking ForResponsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with teams to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Cultivate long-term talent pools for recurring or critical roles, ensuring we have talent ready to move when hiring needs open up.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates.
Own various HR projects during slow-hiring periods.
Qualifications
0-1 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or a relevant field.
Minimum bachelor's degree in any field.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
