Establish and improve the enterprise Data Quality Management Framework; implement automated monitoring and validation; investigate and remediate complex data quality issues; build metrics and dashboards; partner with business and technology teams to improve governance, metadata, lineage and data reliability to support reporting, analytics and AI.

Develop, maintain and extend HammondCare's Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC/Aura, Flows and Omnistudio. Build integrations (MuleSoft/REST/SOAP), implement UI components, follow Salesforce best practices, participate in Agile ceremonies, use DevOps/release tools, peer-review code, and support administrators, analysts and architects across the IT team.

Provide expert advice and support to aged care providers and families, using clinical knowledge to enhance dementia care and improve quality of life.
