Designs and delivers evidence-based dementia care workshops, training programs, presentations, and learning resources across acute, residential, and community care settings. The role builds workforce capability through facilitation, coaching, mentoring, stakeholder engagement, evaluation, and continuous improvement. It requires strong communication, presentation, learning, reporting, and relationship-building skills, along with national travel and experience delivering programs both face-to-face and online.

Lead HammondCare’s Research Governance Office and oversee governance, compliance, assurance, and funding processes across research and innovation projects. Maintain governance frameworks, policies, templates, registers, approval pathways, and reporting throughout the funding lifecycle. Support grant-funded, philanthropic, and externally sponsored projects, strengthen governance capability, assist investigators, and contribute to funding diversification and commercial support.

Plans and implements consumer experience projects, continuous improvement programs, and campaigns across HammondCare services. Maps consumer journeys, analyzes feedback and experience metrics, manages Voice of Customer surveys and NPS reporting, and develops insights to improve processes, systems, and behaviors. The role collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers, manages stakeholders and project teams, supports communications, and delivers initiatives on time and within budget.

Designs, develops, deploys, and supports enterprise automation, workflow, and AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Azure AI. The role integrates systems through APIs and connectors, implements copilots and intelligent document processing, establishes technical standards, leads testing and releases, and optimizes production solutions. It also provides technical leadership and guidance across automation and AI initiatives.

Leads discovery and optimisation of business processes using automation, AI and digital solutions. Identifies inefficiencies, quantifies benefits, facilitates workshops, maps current and future workflows, defines requirements, and partners with technical teams on solution delivery. Provides Level 3 support, leads migrations and cloud modernisation, ensures security/patching, monitors performance, maintains documentation, and participates in on-call and incident management while driving governance and cost optimisation.
