Supports HammondCare’s data and AI governance framework by assessing projects, systems, and use cases for risk; maintaining governance templates; applying privacy, security, classification, and access principles; answering governance questions; resolving data issues; and helping technical and non-technical teams use data responsibly. The role also identifies opportunities to simplify governance practices and improve accountability, accuracy, and consistency across analytics, reporting, AI, and operational decision-making.

Manages financial and management accounting for the Residential Care business unit, including month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reconciliations, audit support, billing oversight, and regulatory reporting. The role partners with operational leaders, provides financial insights, manages one direct report, supports aged care compliance, and leads process improvements. This is a permanent hybrid position based in St Leonards.

Lead HammondCare’s Research Governance Office and oversee governance, compliance, assurance, and funding processes across research and innovation projects. Maintain governance frameworks, policies, templates, registers, approval pathways, and reporting throughout the funding lifecycle. Support grant-funded, philanthropic, and externally sponsored projects, strengthen governance capability, assist investigators, and contribute to funding diversification and commercial support.
