Create, maintain and administer rosters for home care workers to ensure consistent, efficient and fair client care; manage staff schedules, maintain up-to-date care worker data, and coordinate with the centralised support team.

Lead the people side of HammondCare's technology transformation: develop and maintain change frameworks, drive adoption and business readiness, coordinate communications, training and transition activities, assess impacts and risks across multiple initiatives, support operational leaders, and monitor adoption, benefits realization and continuous improvement.
