Creates residential designs using Soft Plan and CAD based on customer intentions. Collaborates with customers, sales staff, engineers, architects, and contractors to resolve design issues, meet deadlines, and support estimates and construction phases. Provides customer service while maintaining professional relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Oversee the organization’s end-to-end accounts payable function, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, reconciliations, accruals, vendor issue resolution, internal controls, and compliance. Supervise and develop AP staff, maintain policies and procedures, and improve processes through ERP, automation, OCR, and EDI enhancements. Partner with Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and leadership to support accurate reporting and timely month-end close.

Installs, configures, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, firewalls, switches, applications, and connectivity. Performs patching, testing, backups, disaster recovery, documentation, alert response, and hardware/software support. Collaborates with IT staff and vendors, recommends improvements, manages security tools, and supports systems across multiple sites, including after-hours work when needed.

Supports the millwork sales team by preparing accurate quotes and estimates, assisting customers with product information and pricing, maintaining quote and order documentation, and improving departmental workflows. The associate will learn millwork quoting software and product knowledge while providing creative solutions and responsive customer support in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

The role requires customer service or sales experience, strong telephone skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of building materials is preferred but not required.
