Creates residential designs using Soft Plan and CAD based on customer requirements. Collaborates with sales teams to meet design and estimate deadlines, resolves design issues, and maintains relationships with customers, engineers, architects, and contractors throughout design and construction.

Serves customers in person, by phone, and by email; processes orders and prepares quotes for building materials. The role requires customer service or sales experience, strong telephone skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Knowledge of building materials is preferred but not required.
