Define and document user stories, functional requirements, and scope for SaaS product features. Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering to validate designs, estimate effort, triage bugs, support testing, and coordinate releases while managing stakeholder communication and producing clear technical and non-technical documentation.

Prospect and qualify new business and verticals (including utilities and infrastructure) via cold call, email and social. Support Account Executives by generating pipeline, setting meetings, running introductions and high-level demos, and nurturing existing customer relationships to identify expansion opportunities. Research industries, manage CRM activities, meet weekly targets, and collaborate with the team to hit company goals.

Partner with Account Executives to support qualified SaaS sales opportunities by leading technical discovery, designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations, translating customer requirements into solution configurations, responding to technical questions, supporting RFPs and security questionnaires, maintaining demo assets, and coaching sales teams to improve win rates and deal progression.

Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, containerised deployments, UIs, observability, and AI-powered product features.
