Coordinate development, optimization, and quality management of laboratory information systems across sites. Provide project management, configure and analyze LIS data, support Meditech Expanse post-CPOE optimization, develop policies and training, liaise with Digital Health/ICT, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and support laboratory automation, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Maintain, design, implement and support hospital server and storage infrastructure (physical and virtual). Provide Active Directory, Exchange, backup, SAN and VMware vSphere administration, senior help-desk support, asset management, documentation, and contribute to disaster recovery and strategic IT initiatives.

Prepare and maintain staff schedules for support services across three sites, process shift changes and replacements, input payroll and data, manage communications and daily rosters, handle administrative tasks, and maintain relationships with hospital departments while ensuring staffing levels and confidentiality.
