Select and accurately pick frozen and non-frozen meat and seafood products to fulfill customer orders during overnight shifts. Work in cold/hot warehouse conditions, follow auditory safety warnings, and provide recent employment history. Perform independently or as part of a team.

Manage end-to-end recruiting: post requisitions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and debriefs, prepare offers and new-hire paperwork, maintain ATS/HRIS and recruitment metrics, advise hiring managers, and support hiring process improvements and projects.

Lead category strategy for assigned meat and seafood categories, partnering with sales, operations, and suppliers to optimize cost, quality, availability, and profitability. Drive supplier negotiations, performance management, assortment standardization, inventory improvements, and cross-functional execution. Use market intelligence and analytics to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risk, and coach regional buyers and category managers.

Trim, clean, debone, and portion seafood to meet yield targets and customer specifications. Maintain hygiene, follow QA/HACCP/SQF procedures, perform quality checks, weigh and tag product, operate cutting tools, and communicate issues to supervisors.
