The representative must understand food-service operations, meet sales goals, manage a territory, build professional networks, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Recruits candidates across the organization and manages the full talent acquisition process, including requisitions, sourcing, resume screening, interviews, offer preparation, new-hire administration, ATS compliance, and recruitment metrics. Partners with hiring managers to define needs, guide selection, advise on offers, and improve hiring practices. Uses behavioral interviewing techniques, recruiting systems, Google Suite, and video conferencing tools.
