Oversee production department workflow and personnel in a food distribution facility. Ensure receipt verification, inventory accuracy, equipment condition, QA/HACCP/SQF and OSHA compliance, staff hiring/training/performance management, coordinate with other centers, complete required trainings, and prepare reports.

Weigh and label beef, pork, lamb, veal, and seafood boxes per company and customer specifications. Perform quality control and product inspections, report defects to supervisors, assist team members, and follow Food Safety and Occupational Safety guidelines.

Select and accurately pick frozen and non-frozen meat and seafood products to fulfill customer orders during overnight shifts. Work in cold/hot warehouse conditions, follow auditory safety warnings, and provide recent employment history. Perform independently or as part of a team.
