As a Lead Software Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, design software solutions, manage coding principles, participate in agile ceremonies, and guide team members to ensure successful feature delivery and compliance with standards.

Support multiple production departments by supplying materials, operating and troubleshooting equipment, performing make-ready and preventive maintenance, packing and moving product, completing SAP production entries, maintaining quality and safety standards, and rotating across assignments to keep lines running on 3rd shift.
