Supports accounting close processes, financial reporting, account reconciliations, financial analysis, forecasts, plans, and capital-spend recording. Partners with operating subsidiaries and corporate teams to ensure records comply with GAAP and company policies. The role also involves using accounting, consolidation, reconciliation, reporting, and automation tools while developing technical accounting and problem-solving skills.

Oversee property and casualty claims administration across workers’ compensation, general liability, auto liability, property, and other insured losses. Manage third-party administrators and multi-state claims portfolios, guide business leaders, support claim resolution and cost containment, and ensure claims are handled accurately and efficiently. The role requires strong technical claims expertise, judgment, communication, relationship-building, organization, and analytical skills.

Supervise up to 55 employees across manufacturing or distribution operations. Coordinate work assignments and scheduling while meeting productivity, serviceability, quality, and cost targets. Lead teams, provide coaching and direction, and implement continuous-improvement initiatives using PDCA/A3 problem-solving tools. The role may involve first, second, third, or weekend shifts at Hallmark facilities in Kansas or Missouri.
