Recruiter responsible for posting jobs, reviewing applications, conducting phone and virtual interviews, communicating with candidates, preparing offers, and maintaining accurate hiring records. Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage multiple openings, and support a smooth recruitment process.

Provides employee support across workplace investigations, performance management, accommodations, leave administration, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, records, reporting, and compliance. Coaches managers, advises employees on HR policies and processes, maintains data integrity, and uses HR technology and AI-enabled tools to improve service delivery. Requires strong communication, discretion, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Leads the talent acquisition team, managing recruiter performance, hiring pipelines, hiring events, onboarding, training, process optimization, SOPs, and cross-functional recruiting initiatives. Partners with HRIS, HR, Benefits, and Legal teams to maintain compliance and process integrity while delivering reporting and supporting strategic projects.

Supports recruitment coordination, candidate communications, onboarding logistics, HRIS and ATS administration, employee records, reporting, compliance documentation, and engagement initiatives. Partners with hiring managers and field leaders across multiple locations, tracks recruiting and onboarding metrics, and uses HR technology, AI tools, and automation to improve administrative workflows and employee experience. This hybrid role also assists with process improvement and HR projects.

Supports a Canadian operations team across employee relations, performance management, investigations, workplace claims, onboarding, recruitment, accommodations, compliance, HR reporting, and employee record maintenance. Advises managers and employees, audits policies and HR data, maintains HR system integrity, and uses technology to improve workflows. The role requires strong knowledge of employment law, confidentiality, communication, analytical skills, and preferably experience with unions and collective bargaining agreements.
