Lead daily operations across sales, service, warehouse, administration, inventory, and personnel for a building equipment business. Set objectives with department heads, manage financial performance and budgets, recruit and develop staff, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, support sales and customer relationships, and optimize inventory and supplier management to sustain growth and profitability.

Own and run the scheduling operation: track attendance, manage time-off and shift changes, maintain scheduling systems, forecast staffing needs, create cross-site schedules, coach the scheduling team, streamline processes, produce reports for senior management, and ensure compliance with employment laws and agreements.

Provide remote operational and administrative support for an executive search firm: manage inbound client communications, schedule meetings, prepare and edit business documents, maintain CRM and spreadsheets, compile reports, and support ad hoc projects while ensuring accurate records and smooth team handoffs.
