Build and lead a new legal services function providing community outreach, clinics, Know Your Rights workshops, individual and class litigation, administrative complaints, and trauma-informed representation addressing wage theft, health and safety, retaliation, and leave protections. Develop intake and case processes, manage referrals, partner with organizers and legal coalitions, support paralegals and advocates, and contribute to grant reporting and department development.

Coordinate and support content production across social media, video, press releases, ads, and decks. Draft, edit, proofread, maintain content calendars, schedule/publish posts, liaise with teams, manage assets, and compile performance reports while ensuring on-brand, polished deliverables.

Provide remote operational and administrative support for an executive search firm: manage inbound client communications, schedule meetings, prepare and edit business documents, maintain CRM and spreadsheets, compile reports, and support ad hoc projects while ensuring accurate records and smooth team handoffs.
