Sell new and used Subaru vehicles by building customer relationships, identifying needs, demonstrating vehicle features, overcoming objections, and following up after purchase. The role requires product knowledge, strong communication, a professional appearance, flexible availability including weekends, and a clean driving record. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required, with training and an apprentice program provided.
