Design and develop antenna products, tooling, and test fixtures; perform structural and thermal analyses; support manufacturing transition; evaluate customer specifications and proposal feasibility; assist with CAD drafting; and resolve design issues to meet project timelines. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and customer-facing teams in aerospace and military programs.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for complex commercial, non-commercial, prime, and subcontract agreements supporting aerospace and defense programs. Lead proposal activities, negotiations, modifications, closeouts, compliance reviews, contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and customer engagement. Provide leadership guidance, mentor contracts professionals, advise program managers and executives, and ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, government acquisition regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.

Perform R&D machining and fixture fabrication for aerospace antenna products. Set up and operate 2/3/4-axis vertical knee and bed CNC mills and manual lathes, prove out and edit CNC programs, troubleshoot fixtures and tooling, and perform manual machining from prints to meet quality and schedule requirements.

Support and enforce quality systems, create/maintain procedures and training, ensure vendor and design compliance with approved data and customer flow-downs, perform part inspections, and drive continuous improvement of quality evaluation and control processes.

Design and develop antennas from concept through prototype, production, and test. Interface with customers to capture requirements, support manufacturing and environmental/RF testing, contribute to proposals and presentations, and manage multiple custom RF projects. Some travel may be required.

Manage multiple manufacturing contracts to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals. Develop schedules, allocate budgets, lead project teams, coordinate with customers, resolve issues, close out programs, and identify follow-on opportunities.

Design and develop antennas from concept through prototype, production, and test. Work with customers to define requirements, support manufacturing and RF and environmental testing, contribute to proposals and presentations, and manage multiple custom projects. Some travel required.

Design and test mixed-signal electronic systems including high-speed SerDes, power converters, high-voltage switching, FPGAs, and embedded microprocessors. Perform schematic capture, hardware verification, and lab testing to ensure performance and reliability, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
