Design and develop antenna products, tooling, and test fixtures; perform structural and thermal analyses; support manufacturing transition; evaluate customer specifications and proposal feasibility; assist with CAD drafting; and resolve design issues to meet project timelines. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and customer-facing teams in aerospace and military programs.

Manage multiple aerospace manufacturing programs from contract execution through closeout. Responsibilities include developing schedules and plans, controlling budgets and costs, coordinating internal teams and customers, ensuring regulatory and company-policy compliance, resolving customer issues, tracking project performance, and identifying follow-on opportunities. The role requires strong project leadership, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and customer interface skills, plus familiarity with software and courseware development lifecycles.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for complex commercial, non-commercial, prime, and subcontract agreements supporting aerospace and defense programs. Lead proposal activities, negotiations, modifications, closeouts, compliance reviews, contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and customer engagement. Provide leadership guidance, mentor contracts professionals, advise program managers and executives, and ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, government acquisition regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.

Design and develop antennas from concept through prototype, production, and test. Work with customers to define requirements, support manufacturing and RF and environmental testing, contribute to proposals and presentations, and manage multiple custom projects. Some travel required.
