Manage end-to-end supply chain activities, including production scheduling, inventory, demand forecasting, supplier relationships, purchasing, logistics, transportation, and risk mitigation. Lead materials planning and purchasing staff, negotiate supplier and carrier contracts, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, identify cost savings, and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and meet customer demand.

Design and develop antenna products, tooling, and test fixtures; perform structural and thermal analyses; support manufacturing transition; evaluate customer specifications and proposal feasibility; assist with CAD drafting; and resolve design issues to meet project timelines. The role requires collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, testing, and customer-facing teams in aerospace and military programs.

Manage the full contract lifecycle for complex commercial, non-commercial, prime, and subcontract agreements supporting aerospace and defense programs. Lead proposal activities, negotiations, modifications, closeouts, compliance reviews, contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and customer engagement. Provide leadership guidance, mentor contracts professionals, advise program managers and executives, and ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, government acquisition regulations, company policies, and applicable laws.
