Accountable for safe, efficient and commercially effective operation of UK & ROI warehousing and logistics. Manage 3PLs, inventory accuracy, transport, imports, and final-mile delivery. Drive operational performance, cost efficiency and customer experience, lead and develop managers and teams, ensure compliance, and collaborate across Supply Chain, Transport, Commercial and Finance.

Manage local IT operations across UK & Ireland, lead workplace and end-user support teams, ensure service continuity and quality, manage budgets, suppliers and contracts, support European projects and travel to sites.

Handle inbound customer enquiries across product queries, order changes and complaints. Own cases end-to-end, provide clear timely communication, resolve issues empathetically, use CRM and IT tools, and contribute to high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
