Decompose business capabilities into bounded contexts, design APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP, OpenAPI), define NFRs, author architectural decisions, and elevate Duck Creek platform knowledge across teams while communicating solutions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Lead and develop a Europe-based client liaison team to deliver concierge-level service across consignment, auction prep, onsite execution, and post-sale operations. Oversee bidder registration, logistics, invoicing, dispute resolution, and cross-functional coordination with sales and finance to ensure seamless client experiences.
