Supports the planning and delivery of grants management offices and technical assistance programs. Responsibilities include coordinating grant lifecycle assistance, developing grants management tools and training materials, researching grant requirements, tracking program outcomes, monitoring compliance, and engaging government, nonprofit, Tribal, and small business stakeholders. The role is primarily remote but requires monthly client site visits across Wyoming.

Support government and non-profit clients through disaster recovery by managing recovery operations, developing strategic plans, advising on FEMA PA/IA eligibility, and collaborating with leadership on large-scale recovery projects.

Provide consultative support on disaster recovery projects, applying FEMA Public Assistance/Individual Assistance policy expertise. Facilitate client meetings, produce reports and internal documentation, and track project tasks, deadlines, and milestones to ensure timely progress and stakeholder coordination.

Serve on-call for emergency response deployments (24–72 hour notice, 30+ days on-site). Develop Incident Action Plans, conduct needs assessments, manage inter-agency coordination, implement SOPs compliant with NIMS/ICS, and resolve operational issues within EOC/JFO settings.

Lead and execute emergency response plans, optimize EOC/JFO organization, interpret federal/state regulations, oversee operations and resource/staff allocation, coordinate with partner agencies and ESFs, and manage client relationships and status reporting during deployments.

Lead multi-disciplinary teams to advise local governments on long-term disaster recovery. Serve as FEMA Public Assistance Program subject matter expert, manage complex recovery projects, ensure high-quality deliverables, and provide strategic planning and stakeholder communication throughout grant lifecycle.

On-call emergency response contractor who can deploy within 24–72 hours for 30+ day missions. Develop SITREPs, IAPs, operational plans, liaise with partners, and support EOC/JFO operations to meet incident objectives.

Lead and scale the finance function, oversee accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, payroll), implement GAAP/ASC 606 revenue policies, drive audit readiness, manage budgeting/forecasting and FP&A, and provide executive reporting and financial insights to the CEO and leadership team.
