Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement across retail, donation centers, workforce development, and business services. Facilitate Lean/Kaizen activities (5S, process mapping, standard work), coach leaders and frontline staff, build continuous improvement capability, define and track success metrics using qualitative and quantitative data, prepare reports for leadership, and ensure improvements are sustained and compliant with regulations and funder expectations.

Lead accounting operations, oversee month-end and year-end close, produce financial statements, maintain internal controls and compliance, manage A/P, A/R, payroll coordination, and supervise accounting staff. Support budgeting, audit coordination, debt covenant compliance, and serve as the operational finance lead partnering with the CFO.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions: process invoices and payments, generate bills, post receipts, perform collections, reconcile accounts, assist month-/year-end close, support audits, and maintain financial records.
