Teams at HAGERSTOWN GOODWILL INDUSTRIES INC

Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and in-store promotions for donated goods retail and grocery locations. Serve as primary marketing contact for store managers, ensure brand-consistent signage and materials, support content and campaign timelines, conduct store visits to assess execution, collect feedback, track basic performance metrics, and collaborate with operations and Mission Advancement to drive traffic, sales, and community engagement.

Lead enterprise-wide continuous improvement across retail, donation centers, workforce development, and business services. Facilitate Lean/Kaizen activities (5S, process mapping, standard work), coach leaders and frontline staff, build continuous improvement capability, define and track success metrics using qualitative and quantitative data, prepare reports for leadership, and ensure improvements are sustained and compliant with regulations and funder expectations.
