Teams at HAGERSTOWN GOODWILL INDUSTRIES INC

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions: process invoices and payments, generate bills, post receipts, perform collections, reconcile accounts, assist month-/year-end close, support audits, and maintain financial records.

Program Participants engage with Horizon Goodwill services to overcome employment barriers. Participants attend job readiness training, vocational evaluations, and paid or unpaid work experience; receive job development, placement, coaching, and retention supports; and work with an assigned case manager. Additional supports include a Community Health Hub, an Adolescent Clubhouse, and a Young Adult Solution Center for ages 16-24.

Lead enterprise continuous improvement efforts using Lean methods (5S, Kaizen, process mapping) across retail, donation centers, workforce programs, and back-office operations. Coach staff and leaders, design human-centered processes, build data-informed capability, develop visual management and standard work, measure outcomes, and sustain gains while aligning initiatives with strategic goals and compliance requirements.
