Design and develop mechanical systems, machine assemblies, fixtures, tooling, and robotic end-of-arm tooling using 3D CAD. Produce manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and documentation applying GD&T and DFM. Support fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, prototyping, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead a team of manufacturing engineers in Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to run high-volume quoting as a production system. Own workflow, throughput, metrics, and operating cadence; remove bottlenecks; develop staff; coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Applications Engineering, and software teams; and drive continuous improvements to scale quoting speed and reliability.

Own and deliver on-the-job training for assigned manufacturing stations: master processes, train technicians and trainers, create evaluations and audit-ready training content, monitor training velocity and quality, and drive consistent, standards-based execution across shifts.
