Own on-site IT support for a new manufacturing facility, including endpoint lifecycle management, helpdesk ticket resolution, local network and infrastructure health, hardware deployment, vendor coordination, asset inventory, and construction buildout support. Enforce security tooling and support CMMC Level 2 compliance for CUI handling. Serve as the connection between site employees, Army facility personnel, vendors, central IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.

Owns SUBSAFE and Material Level I compliance across procurement, receiving, traceability, storage, documentation, audits, nonconformance, supplier controls, and material release. The role establishes procedures integrated with AS9100D, maintains Objective Quality Evidence, supports NAVSEA and customer audits, qualifies personnel, and ensures submarine-safety material remains compliant and audit-ready. Candidates need 5+ years in regulated defense, marine, nuclear, or aerospace manufacturing quality, direct SUBSAFE or L1 experience, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Leads program quality and a Quality Engineering team across aerospace and defense manufacturing processes. Integrates NAVSEA and SUBSAFE requirements into an AS9100D QMS, oversees first-article inspection, product qualification, supplier and receiving quality, nonconformance and corrective actions, audits, traceability, and quality evidence. Builds team capability, manages quality metrics, and serves as the escalation point for program quality decisions.
