Teams at Hadrian

Build and maintain capital structure, debt capacity, liquidity, and financing models; support debt and equity financings; prepare lender, investor, board, and executive materials; manage covenant compliance and lender reporting; analyze financing alternatives for factories and equipment; track capital markets comparables; and partner with Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, banks, lenders, and investors.

Leads debt-focused capital markets execution, including structuring, diligence, negotiation, documentation, and closing of corporate and asset-backed financings. Manages lender relationships, credit and downside modeling, capital structure analysis, covenant compliance, and financing strategy. Partners with executive leadership, Treasury, FP&A, and Legal on liquidity planning and capital allocation. Presents recommendations to senior leadership and the Board, mentors team members, and helps build Hadrian’s capital markets function.

Own the consolidated company forecast, including three-statement modeling, cash and liquidity forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, scenario analysis, and variance analysis. Coordinate financial inputs across departments, maintain forecast accuracy, prepare executive, board, and investor materials, and improve finance systems and consolidation processes.
