Own and deliver on-the-job training for assigned manufacturing stations: master processes, train technicians and trainers, create evaluations and audit-ready training content, monitor training velocity and quality, and drive consistent, standards-based execution across shifts.

Lead and scale Hadrian's end-to-end qualification pipeline for defense programs: convert legacy technical data into production-ready TDPs, manage PQMs and engineers, automate workflows, track qualification metrics, interface with customers, and ensure parts achieve source approval and producibility.

Own and operationalize cost accounting across multi-site manufacturing. Lead GAAP and CAS-compliant rate setting, tighten work order variance reporting, implement costing software, and build SOX 404(b) controls for inventory and costing while partnering with leadership on processes and special projects.
