Reports lost and found items, damage, pets, and maintenance concerns while following cleanliness and safety standards.

Supervises daily front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, guest inquiries, complaint resolution, payment processing, and cash handling. Trains, schedules, coaches, and evaluates front desk staff while ensuring service standards, resort policies, safety regulations, and property management procedures are followed. Collaborates with other departments to coordinate guest needs and maintain an organized, welcoming front desk environment.
