Serves as a strategic HR partner to executives and managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent development, engagement, and change management. Coaches leaders, supports investigations and policy application, identifies workforce trends, and collaborates with HR partners on talent, learning, and people programs.

Coordinates Habitat Omaha’s homeownership program by supporting families, maintaining participant files, organizing mortgage and closing documentation, tracking milestones, and communicating across counseling, mortgage, construction, acquisition, finance, and program teams. The role provides customer service, resolves barriers, supports orientations and family activities, prepares reports and grant documentation, protects confidential information, and recommends process improvements to strengthen the participant experience.

Support FP&A and business analytics by building financial models, maintaining forecasts, producing KPIs and dashboards, performing variance and cash‑flow analysis, aiding audits, and delivering actionable insights to leadership to inform strategy and resource allocation.

Manage and lead mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing teams for homeownership and home repair programs. Oversee Encompass LOS, ensure regulatory compliance, develop workflows, partner with third-party lenders, produce reporting/KPIs, and improve processes to deliver timely, compliant residential mortgage closings.
