Teams at Habitat for Humanity of Omaha

Manage and lead mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing teams for homeownership and home repair programs. Oversee Encompass LOS, ensure regulatory compliance, develop workflows, partner with third-party lenders, produce reporting/KPIs, and improve processes to deliver timely, compliant residential mortgage closings.

Support families through homeownership by coordinating participant files, communicating with families and internal teams, maintaining records, assisting with mortgage and closing documentation, and improving participant experience through problem-solving and process recommendations.

Lead strategic financial stewardship, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and compliance. Oversee finance, accounting, HR, IT, and learning & development; drive capital strategy and lending oversight (CDFI), enterprise systems, data governance, cybersecurity, and operational efficiencies. Serve as CEO and Board advisor, support governance, risk management, and external partnerships to ensure financial sustainability and organizational scalability.
