Greets and directs visitors, manages incoming calls through Microsoft Teams, sorts and distributes mail and packages, accepts payments, maintains office and janitorial supplies, coordinates equipment maintenance, supports staff with administrative tasks, assists with security credentials, and delivers excellent customer service. The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, confidentiality, office technology proficiency, and occasional driving to off-site locations.

Provide excellent customer service, drive sales, process donations, assist with loading/unloading (up to 50 lbs.), cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining a safe, clean retail warehouse environment. Operate equipment like forklifts and hand tools and support daily store operations and training compliance.

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales at a retail warehouse ReStore. Duties include cashiering, assisting customers with purchases (lifting up to 50 lbs), processing donations, receiving inventory, merchandising, maintaining cleanliness and safety, operating equipment (forklift, hand carts, power/hand tools), and completing assigned training and other store tasks.
