Teams at Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona

Coordinates procurement, bidding, contracting, vendor relationships, compliance, and subcontractor documentation for construction programs. Manages solicitations, vendor registrations, insurance, licenses, change orders, and contractor records. Provides lower-level accounting support, including balance-sheet reconciliation, accounting clerk review, audit assistance, SOP development, and administrative recordkeeping. Requires collaboration with vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments, along with occasional travel to off-site locations and construction sites.

Oversee ReStore operations when management is absent, drive sales, assist customers, process donations, receive and price inventory, merchandise products, cashier, maintain clean and safe facilities, supervise volunteers, support social media engagement, handle deposits, and represent Habitat for Humanity positively. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, customer interaction, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.

Leads Habitat for Humanity’s comprehensive fundraising strategy, development team, donor pipeline, major gifts, events, board engagement, revenue forecasting, and development budget. Builds relationships with individual and institutional supporters, oversees twelve development professionals, coordinates cross-functional fundraising efforts, establishes department policies, monitors revenue performance, and represents the organization at events and public relations opportunities. The role requires nonprofit fundraising leadership, donor cultivation, occasional travel, and participation in evening and weekend activities.
