Teams at Habematolel Pomo of Upper Lake

Provides administrative and operational support to the Health and Human Services department, including visitor assistance, phone and calendar management, records maintenance, procurement, credit card reconciliation, inventory, travel coordination, event preparation, and cross-departmental documentation. Maintains confidentiality, supports community programs such as the clothing closet and food pantry, and assists staff, Tribal members, and leadership. This temporary role requires occasional travel, flexible scheduling, and participation in special events.

Provides housing-focused case management for families, at-risk adults, and individuals experiencing homelessness through BFH and Home Safe grants. Conducts assessments, develops service plans, coordinates housing and benefits assistance, supports landlord placements, maintains confidential records, tracks client outcomes, and submits grant reports. Collaborates with tribal departments and external agencies while applying trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices.
