Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to produce parts to specification. Read blueprints and electronic work instructions, inspect parts with precision measuring instruments, manage tooling and basic maintenance, troubleshoot issues, train operators, and operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, cranes, straddle stacker). Follow safety procedures and maintain machine cleanliness and fluids.

Designs, develops, tests, and maintains board-level electronics for CNC control systems. Prepares schematics and simulations, investigates failures, defines part specifications, integrates hardware and firmware, and creates technical documentation and diagrams.

Design and improve manufacturing processes and tooling, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on Haas machines, develop work instructions and layouts, own projects to completion, and support/mentor junior staff while meeting aggressive deadlines.
