Designs, configures, tests, implements, and improves SAP APO and PP solutions for demand planning, supply network planning, production planning, scheduling, and execution. The role requires independent work, cross-functional communication, and management of multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Develops and tests cutting tools, toolholders, workholding, and related machine-tool products. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, blueprint creation, prototype development, quality testing, technical documentation, product specifications, customer support, and collaboration with marketing, product development, and manufacturing. The role also requires CNC operation and programming, CAM, SAP, VBA and Python programming, technical training, and limited travel.

Provides enterprise IT support by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, application, networking, printer, and account issues. Installs and configures equipment and software, creates and deploys PC images, scripts, and packages, and documents solutions. Supports onboarding and offboarding of IT assets and user accounts, assists end users remotely and onsite, coordinates with network, systems, and security teams, and develops documentation and training materials. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer-service skills.
