Perform routine production planning and scheduling: manage sales order scheduling and changes, implement engineering releases, maintain and balance production schedules, create/maintain BOMs and routings, coordinate with Sales, address part shortages and floor issues (COGI, inventory/BOM errors), perform capacity analysis and manual material allocations, and support the manufacturing floor.

Provide technical support and testing for cutting tools and workholding; create 2D/3D CAD models and technical documentation; develop feed/speed calculators and specs; collaborate with product, marketing, and manufacturing; perform CAM work, basic programming (VBA/Python), and sample reviews. Support e-commerce part setup and troubleshoot tooling for end users.

Manage change, configuration, and project tasks for electrical and electro-mechanical product lines. Maintain software parameters, SAP BOM structures, and backwards compatibility. Coordinate cross-functional teams, support field service with patches, drive projects from inception through service, and troubleshoot production and SAP-related issues.
