The HR Generalist manages employee relations investigations, performance management, terminations, policy administration, employment-law compliance, leave and workers’ compensation support, HR data analysis, employee communications, and HR program implementation. The role advises management, maintains confidential records, supports employee experience initiatives, and serves as backup for other HR staff. No supervisory responsibility is assigned.

Creates lightweight 3D CAD models, fully dimensioned 2D machine layout drawings, photorealistic renderings, exploded-view diagrams, and technical illustrations. Collaborates with product engineers to simplify complex Haas CNC machine models for customer and internal use. Uses SolidWorks, 3D Studio Max, rendering software, and Adobe Photoshop while managing project schedules, digital assets, and computer files. The role requires mechanical aptitude, engineering knowledge, and strong 3D modeling skills.
