Collaborates with design engineers, manufacturing engineers, and assembly technicians while leading lean continuous-improvement initiatives. Requires hands-on mechanical assembly experience, SolidWorks proficiency, strong engineering fundamentals, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Test Engineering Intern supporting R&D and production testing for electric motor products. Responsibilities include defining test requirements, designing SolidWorks parts and assemblies, creating bills of materials, supporting prototype manufacturing, executing verification and validation tests, analyzing results, identifying root causes, recommending design improvements, integrating system tests, and maintaining safe testing processes and equipment.

Own day-to-day office experience, plan and run company events, manage vendors and facilities issues, support onboarding and workplace culture initiatives, track office budget and expenses, and build scalable operations processes to enable company growth.

Work directly with the CEO to translate strategy into execution across finance, operations, BD, and investor relations. Build financial models, own Notion as system of record, create dashboards and AI-driven automation, support sales and fundraising, prepare investor and board materials, and lead cross-functional projects that remove operational bottlenecks.
