Leads manufacturing process optimization through engineering trials, Design of Experiments, statistical analysis, Measurement Systems Analysis, SPC, and root-cause investigations. Supports APQP, PPAP, PFMEAs, control plans, NPI qualification, and ISO 9001/IATF 16949 compliance. Collaborates with quality, engineering, production, and customer-facing teams to improve process capability, reduce scrap, resolve nonconformances, and train plant personnel.

Administer biweekly payroll, employee benefits, leave management, and Paylocity HRIS transactions. Responsibilities include payroll audits and reconciliations, benefits enrollment and vendor invoice review, open enrollment coordination, FMLA and leave tracking, employee data maintenance, compliance reporting, SOP development, and process improvement. The role provides confidential, accurate guidance to employees and managers while coordinating with Finance, vendors, supervisors, and HR.

Provides administrative and employee-support services for the Human Resources department. Serves as the first contact for HR inquiries, coordinates engagement, recognition, communications, surveys, onboarding support, employee listening initiatives, and recurring HR activities. Maintains confidential records, tracks action items, supports department projects, and helps improve employee experience and organizational culture within a manufacturing environment.
