Performs final and in-process inspections of manufactured parts using gauges, measurement tools, visual checks, and work instructions. Documents inspection results, verifies specifications and tolerances, identifies and segregates nonconforming products, and escalates defects. Supports root-cause investigations, audits, continuous improvement, and communication with production, engineering, and quality teams while maintaining safe, organized inspection areas.

Supports shop-floor production by operating and troubleshooting automated ancillary equipment, clearing jams, performing quality checks, transporting materials and scrap, handling waste, completing housekeeping and production documentation, and escalating unresolved issues. The role requires adherence to safety, PPE, quality, and standard-work procedures in a fast-paced 24/7 manufacturing environment, with frequent standing, lifting, equipment access, and forklift operation.
