Handles No Fault (PIP) defense litigation from case inception through trial. Responsibilities include managing litigation files, preparing motions, memoranda, pleadings, discovery demands and responses, drafting reports and file analyses, and appearing in court and arbitration proceedings. The role requires at least one year of litigation experience and follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three office days weekly in Uniondale or Albany.

Represent clients in general liability matters by analyzing legal issues, communicating with claims professionals, documenting case activity, preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, handling motion practice, and assisting with efficient case resolution. The role requires a New York law license, strong analytical and communication skills, independent work, and at least five years of experience. Trial experience is preferred. The position follows a hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the Poughkeepsie office.

Supports attorneys across litigation matters by drafting court documents, discovery responses, affidavits, subpoenas, and motions; obtaining and organizing medical and educational records; preparing exhibits; conducting legal research; reviewing documents for relevance and privilege; assisting with deposition and trial preparation; and maintaining accurate billable time records.
