Responsible for expanding the transportation customer portfolio in France through prospecting, re-engaging former clients, developing offers, managing account implementation, and maintaining long-term service-oriented relationships.

Serve as the Responsible Person for financial follow-up and GDP/compliance oversight of a company portfolio. Ensure compliance with GDP and relevant EU/Italian legislation, support wholesale distribution RP obligations, manage quality investigations, risk assessments, CAPA, documentation, audits/inspections, training, reporting to management, stakeholder liaison, and support quality/compliance projects and continuous improvement.

Lead transport operations with P&L responsibility: translate strategy into operational plans, optimize efficiency and returns, manage and coach teams, maintain customer relationships, ensure compliance with transport regulations, and identify growth opportunities.

Manage all Health, Environment, Safety, and Quality activities for the Fidenza site as the legally responsible RSPP. Maintain compliance with Italian HESQ laws and ISO standards, update risk assessments and emergency plans, lead training, manage Seveso major-accident prevention, oversee contractor/site safety, handle environmental reporting and waste streams, and support internal and external ISO audits.

Lead end-to-end implementation and transformation projects for warehouse customers. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timing and budget, liaise with stakeholders, suppliers and customers, and ensure clear communication and cost-effective, efficient solutions.

Lead HR operations for two French sites, advising managers and employees on payroll, social legislation, talent management, training, and organizational change. Act as HR coach, liaise with social partners, use Workday for HR processes, and participate in improvement projects alongside shared services, recruitment, and temporary employment agencies.
